What if I am having problems tracking my order?

It may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to register your shipment status. If your tracking number has not updated after 24 hours or if you are having problems with your tracking link, reach out to us at support@xauxa.ca so we can help you sort it out.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Please find below minimum amount in order to qualify for complimentary registered shipping:

  • Canada: CA$39.00
  • United States: US$39.00

Can I update the shipping address on my order?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at support@xauxa.ca. Please keep in mind that once your order has been picked up by the carrier, it may not be possible for us to reroute to a different address.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Due to large order volumes during the holiday season, orders may take up to 2 days to process before being sent out for delivery. All orders are shipped via Canada Post delivery. If you have selected “Registered” you will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns of chocolate. If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged in any way, please reach out to us at support@xauxa.ca as soon as possible so that we can help you find a solution.
