Can I update the shipping address on my order?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please keep in mind that once your order has been picked up by the carrier, it may not be possible for us to reroute to a different address.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Due to large order volumes during the holiday season, orders may take up to 2 days to process before being sent out for delivery. All orders are shipped via Canada Post delivery. If you have selected “Registered” you will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is placed.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.
Will my order ship tax free?
If you are located outside of Canada your order will ship tax-free. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to the respective governmental and provincial taxes.
